No school on Friday Feb 4, 2022.

Mission CISD Parent/Guardian,

The safety of our Mission CISD students and staff continue to be extremely important to us.

Due to the anticipated weather conditions tonight and tomorrow, Mission CISD schools and offices will be closed Friday, February 4, 2022. Students will not need to make up this missed day since we have enough instructional minutes built into our school calendar to cover it.

We will continue to monitor forecasts and conditions and make announcements regarding extra-curricular activity cancelations for Friday, should they be needed.

The National Weather Service forecast includes the potential for dangerous wind chill conditions through much of the day tomorrow. Please take the time to protect people, pets, pipes, and plants.

Please stay warm and safe at home. As we hear of any shelters or warming stations opening in our Mission CISD area, we will share them on our social media for those who may need it.

La seguridad de nuestros estudiantes y personal de Mission CISD sigue siendo extremadamente importante para nosotros. Debido al clima anticipado esta noche y mañana, las escuelas y oficinas de Mission CISD estarán cerradas el viernes 4 de febrero de 2022. Los estudiantes no necesitarán recuperar este día perdido, ya que tenemos suficientes minutos de instrucción incorporados en nuestro calendario escolar para cubrirlo.

Continuaremos monitoreando los pronósticos y las condiciones y haremos anuncios sobre las cancelaciones de actividades extracurriculares para el viernes, en caso de que sean necesarias.
